Returns

Our company strives to improve the quality of our services and take appropriate measures for shipping the products as follows:
・To eliminate shipping errors, multiple staff always check shipping procedure
・Under the supervision of the mailing officer, shipments are finalized one by one
・Packed items are photographed before shipping

Return and exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Postage/shipping fee incurred by return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as we receive the returned item and conduct an examination, we will refund only the price paid for the item.
We will not accept returns/exchanges for items 7 (seven) days after delivery.

How to return/exhange items

1)Please check the items immediately after receving.

2)If you wish to return/exchange, please send us within 7 (seven) days of the delivery.

3)Please securely pack the item and send back to the address in the confirmation e-mail from us. You are responsible for the postage/shipping fee. Be sure to use a service which provides a tracking number.

4) Please notify us of the tracking number after the shipment.

5) After we receive and check the item, we will e-mail you the confirmation regarding refund/exchange.

6) We will send the new item to the address you designate or refund promptly.

Return/exchange due to the defect or damage

If you find that the item is defected or damaged, please send it back to us back within 7 (seven) days of the delivery. We will cover the postage/shipping fee.
After receiving and checking the item, we will ship you the new item.

Others

We take appropriate measures for shipping; however, the item might be damaged during delivery.
In such a case, we might ask you to turn in a damage report when applying for compensation. Thank you for your cooperation, in advance.
